Introduction
With the trial license, you can perform all the necessary steps to get familiar with the functionality of the engine and the software packages. After installing the engine, you are ready to install software packages.
Trial Installation
- First, request the trial license , which you will receive via email shortly.
- Then, download the latest engine from the "Engine & Suite" category in the Download-Center . The file name is: "WinCM Scripting Framework Engine x.x.x.x – License required.zip".
- Entpacken Sie den Inhalt beispielsweise nach C:\Temp und kopieren Sie die erhaltene License.lic in die folgenden zwei Ordner:
- .\Classic\Setup\Modul_x64
- .\Classic\Setup\Modul_x86
- In the next step, run the file .\Classic\Install.cmd as Administrator to install the engine on the respective client.
Everything is set up, and you can now use the engine and install software packages. In the Download Center, you will find some example packages in the category "Software Package Examples – Engine Required". The installation of the packages is done via Install.exe.
